Hello from Annika!
It's been a busy Summer here at Annika's Art Shop where I have been having a lot of fun coming up with some new designs.
Today I am most excited to introduce you all to my new line of Sketchbooks with my art on the cover.
As most of you know, I am Annika Connor, Brooklyn based painter, and founder/designer/Owner of Annika's Art Shop.
Annika's Art Shop is an online destination for art lovers like you to shop and enjoy Apparel, Gifts, Accessories, and Cards where the designs are all based on my watercolor or oil paintings.

Choose Your Paper Type
When you buy your sketchbook you get to choose your paper type.
Pick between blank, ruled for lined, graph or bulleted or a thicker blank drawing paper.
If you plan to work with any paints or inks, I recommend you choose the heavier blank drawing paper option.

Getting Started Sketching or Writing
One tip I can give you to getting past the fear of getting started is to just get your hand moving. Not everything you do has to be brilliant.
Your sketchbook is just the place where you start to work out your ideas. It can be kept private if you want it to be.
You don't have to make every mark on the page mean something amazing. Doodling for doodles sake is totally ok.
The same is true with writing. You can write as just a place to process your thoughts and emotions. It need not make sense in story format immediately, that can be worked out later if you want it to go that way.

If you like this Camus Winter Tree Sketchbook you can coordinate the look with more from the Camus collection like the Camus Winter Tree Duffle Bag, the Camus Winter Tree Tote Bag, or the Camus Winter Tree Yoga Mat.
If you are looking for a cheerful and energetic design the abstract floral pattern of the Avalon Sketchbook might be just want you want to activate your imagination.
Based on Annika Connor's Avalon multi-directional oil painting, this painting can be viewed from any angle. So no matter how you look at it there is always a possibility to see a new idea here.
I hope drawing or writing in any of these sketchbooks will inspire you to capture your new ideas too.
